All of our products are handmade and/or bespoke, created individually with care and attention to detail.

Because each item is made by hand:

• Natural variations in colour, texture, shape, and finish may occur

• No two pieces are exactly the same

• These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of handmade work

For bespoke or made-to-order items, products are created specifically based on customer selections or requests. As a result:

• Minor differences from product photos or descriptions may occur

• Bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival

Product images are provided as a guide only. We do our best to represent colours and details accurately, but appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the item.
